Villa Yolanda sits on a 10-acre estate, comprised of a central building, three guesthouses, a 15-meter pool, a spacious living area, and a stone-built barbecue in the outdoor dining area. All structures follow the historic Cycladic architecture with sloping exterior walls.

Stone steps lead to the entrance of the main building, while a stone ramp designed for individuals with special needs facilitates the comfortable transportation of luggage. The main building features on the ground floor a large living room and dining area overlooking the sea, a kitchen, a WC, and three bedrooms. The ground floor of the main building is dominated by the living room, furnished with modern off-white sofas, fuchsia armchairs, artworks by notable Greek painters adorning the walls, and a large television. The ceiling is framed by wooden beams, while three enormous windows offer unforgettable views of Paroikia Bay, day and night. Two tall French doors hint at the exit to the pool and the unified spaces of the living room and the barbecue area. Completing the welcoming summer atmosphere, sought after by Cycladic visitors, is the dining area adjacent to the living room, featuring a 110-year-old monastery table and bamboo armchairs. The enormous window offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the famous Panagia Ekatontapyliani, standing proud for 1,500 years. The dining area communicates through a large open archway with the fully equipped kitchen, accessible from the main hallway. On the opposite side lies the large WC and adjacent to it, the hallway leading to a large bedroom and on the right, to the utility room. The left bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing area, a bamboo armchair, television, and three windows overlooking the sea. It also has a separate entrance with a large terrace and a sitting area facing the sea and the pool area. In the antechamber of the bedroom lies a large wardrobe, and opposite it, the bathroom.

Before the main WC, you encounter an internal staircase leading to the first floor. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, televisions, and spacious closets. One bedroom is particularly large, equipped with two armchairs and a coffee table, television, and a mini bar. Two windows offer views of the sea, while the French door leads to a terrace with a sitting area and a view of the sea and the pool area. The large bathroom is bathed in light, as it has an opening in the ceiling. The second bedroom has a French door overlooking the sea, with a small sitting area, and a window facing the hill.

Three different doors lead to the pool area (15 meters in length). There, comfortable loungers and sunbeds await you to enjoy your swim and the sunset views during summer afternoons. Surrounding the pool are flower beds, an olive tree, and in the corner, a shower for a quick dip. A few meters from the pool lies the outdoor dining area, crafted from handmade cement, for 12 people, protected from the sun by a pergola. There, you can enjoy your lunch and dinner while witnessing the sunset, with exquisite food prepared on the stone-built barbecue, right next to it. Moments of relaxation, at any time of the day, are offered by the sofas and armchairs in the also covered living area by the poolside.

At the end of the pool, three guesthouses await visitors, on three different levels. The ground floor one is the largest, including a king-size bed, a dressing area, a wardrobe, a living room with bamboo armchairs, a television, a mini bar, and, of course, its bathroom. An external staircase leads to the first-floor guesthouse with a large bed (which can be separated into two singles), a dressing area, a bathroom, and a spacious closet. On the veranda, there is a small sitting area, with stunning views of the port and the unique sunset. Below the ground floor guesthouse, an external staircase leads to the third guesthouse, with unique privacy. The king-size bed and the bathroom are bathed in natural light. The French door leads us to the wonderful veranda overlooking the sea and the constant movement of ships. The sunset – from this angle as well – accompanies every afternoon at Villa Alma
