Villa Rumi

Villa Rumi was built in 2014 in the traditional Cycladic architectural style and it is located 8 min drive from the beautiful Golden Beach.

The villa features an unmatched view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby seashore, as well as its own private swimming pool. Its unparalleled location, construction standards and aesthetics make it a unique choice for your summer holidays.  This 216-sq. m. residence is a 2-storey structure surrounded by a verdant 1835-sq. m. walled-in garden filled with fragrant flowers and trees.  The spacious outdoor Pergola-covered seating areas with the couches and BBQ space create the most tranquil setting for both families and friends. The villa is fully and tastefully furnished, and consists of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 WC and private parking area.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a couch and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker) while the separate dining room has a large table that seats 8 people. The ground floor also features a WC. Two of the bedrooms are on this floor as well, with double beds, ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The floors are made of pure, white marble from the island of Naxos, one of Greece’s finest.

A marble indoor staircase leads to the lower level, where the other two bedrooms are located. Both have a double bed, closets, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedroom floors’ are made of pure, white marble from the island of Naxos while both offer a direct exit to the surroundings through balcony doors, allowing the tenants to enjoy immediate access to the garden and swimming pool.

The swimming pool of 7×4 m. also offers a jet system that provides a reverse swimming function. It is fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds with cozy pillows.

The house has a spacious outdoor seating area, covered by a pergola with a large dining table that seats 10 people and a separate barbeque area. There is also a second pergola-shaded seating area with 2 comfortable couches that have an incomparable view to the Aegean Sea.
