It is located at Agia Paraskevi, Skiathos which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the port and airport.

In the lower floor, there is a large bedroom en-suite with 2 king single size beds and a single sofa bed opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view. There is also a large bedroom en-suite with king size bed opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view, and one large bedroom en-suite with 2 twin extra-long size beds opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view, You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the shaded outdoor sitting area.

In the ground floor there is a large indoor living room with dining table seating 14 people and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a direct access to the swimming pool.

In the upper floor, there is a master bedroom en-suite with king size bed opening onto a large balcony with a sofa to enjoy the breathtaking sea view . In this floor, you can also find a bedroom with a single bed, available on request.

In the indoor/outdoor 150 square meters  living space in front of the pool with couches, sun beds, umbrellas and 2 dining tables can host up to 20 people.  There is also a large independent bedroom with 2 twin extra-long size beds and a double sofa bed with view, and a play room with a large independent bathroom close to the aforementioned bedroom.
