Villa Daria is a brand new seafront luxury escape, built on a hilltop, just twenty five meters from the turquoise waters of Heraklion Gulf.

The property features five en-suite bedrooms with a Spa inspired master bedroom, wrap around balcony with stunning sea views. Villa Daria features 300 m2 floor space on two levels and may accommodate ten guests in five bedrooms. An additional apartment with its own private entrance features 80 m2 and may accommodate two extra guests (on request).

When opening the entrance door, you will find a staircase that leads to the upper floor, where the main bedroom area is located. Each bedroom has its own private entrance connected to the air-conditioned gym area set up with a floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, while exercising, you can gaze at the endless blue of the Cretan sea or admire beautiful sunsets above the blue horizon. Every bedroom features Satellite flat screen TV, air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a side table with a lamp and its own spacious en-suite bathroom with shower. From a floor-to-ceiling balcony doors, except from one bedroom, you can access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking sea views. Two bedrooms open to direct sea view and one to a mountain sea view. One bedroom out to six has got a king size bed.

Another staircase will leads you from the main hall to the downstairs open plan living and dining area, one master bedroom and modern kitchen with direct access to the pool. The living area consists of an air-conditioned living area with comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace, smart TV, and a floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a bar table with 6 stools and an up to 12 persons wooden table. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, smart TV, air-conditioning, a matching wood framed standing mirror, a side table with a lamp, a spa inspired bathroom with aero massage and hydro massage and a floor-to-ceiling balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea. On this level you will also find a hidden storage area room with an extra toilet.

From the ground floor you enter the outdoor area with a 17 meters infinity pool, a private partly roofed terrace with a seating area, a pool deck with sun lounges and a space for relaxing in shade, a BBW with stone oven and a table that seats up to 8 people. A wall stone bench, next to the oven, with comfortable cushions is available to sit as well. Next to the infinity pool there is a path that leads you to the sea.

Just below the pool, following the path to the sea, there is a lower floor consisting of an additional private apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and sitting area, a bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
