Villa Aurelia is ideally located in the prime region of St. John (Agios Ioannis) with an excellent view to Delos Island and a magnificent sunset over the bay.
The 350 sq. m. property may accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 double bedrooms and features a large living room with a bright dining area, an infinity pool, a private parking space and a private picturesque chapel on site. The unique lounge area around the pool is well equipped with modern sun beds and a stylish daybed and is ideal for both relaxation and small events.
The main house hosts the main interior living and dining spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (out of which the three en-suite) and one guest bathroom which also serves as a bathroom for the fourth bedroom. The living and dining spaces, two of the bedrooms (one of which en-suite) and the guest bathroom are located at the upper level of the house (pool level). The other two en-suite bedrooms are located at the lower level (ground level). Outside of the main house, two en-suite guest rooms with independent entrances are located, out of which one is at the pool level and one at the ground level. All bedrooms have sea and sunset views. The outdoor area features the infinity pool, a built-in BBQ (charcoal), the main sitting area (upper/pool level), a bohemian hammock, an outdoor bathtub and additional sitting areas on both levels.
The chapel is located on a small cliff at the highest level of the property, overlooking the house.
