Blossoming Mediterranean flaura such as thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender and diverse other types of local flora such as olive trees comprise the garden of the villa and surrounding  common areas. The villa has a spacious living room with formal dining space, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with Italian flooring. The outside patio uses local marble which is renowned since antiquity. The interior is tastefully furnished with wooden traditional pieces and soft colors keeping a minimal style concurrently giving a relaxed feeling and flow to the house.

On the lower level there are 2 additional and spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and each with their own wardrobe or walking closet. The lower level has an additional twin bedroom with the bathroom located on the lower-level grounds.
