Villa Renzo

Villa Renzo is located on the peninsula of Akrotiri bay and it gathers all the elements that we consider as a must for our guests; unparalleled, uninterrupted views, large indoor and outdoor spaces, high capacity and first class amenities and facilities.

The villa stands at the hill opposite of Souda Bay and with one look guests can enjoy all the elements of the Cretan nature; from the quiet blue sea which is dotted with proud sailboats and impressive cruise boats that fill and lit up the bay, to the snowcapped White Mountains that rise up into the splendidly blue sky.

Though pleasantly calm, it can cater to all means, inspiring both relaxation and excitement till late at night under the glow of the starry nights and the sparkling city lights surrounding the bay.

The villa itself is modern and sleek with mostly white touches that add an airy, summer feeling to the already breezy environment. It has five bedrooms all with king size beds and combined with Sealy mattresses which are heavenly soft and anatomic thus guaranteeing a perfect sleeping experience with a rejuvenating effect. The beds are made from velvet fabric; soft and luxurious yet edgy and modern.

The five bedrooms are all combined with five modern bathrooms with showers, each having its own unique style paired to the style of each bedroom. All rooms have also satellite tvs and air conditioning.

The master bedroom is the epitome of its kind; it is located on the first floor, it is of 30 sm and it has a big bathroom with double sink and marble finishes and a walk in closet. It has access to the balcony where a large Jacuzzi can be found and which offers the best view of the whole property.

One more double ensuite bedroom of modern style is located at the same level.

On the ground level, the living room area consists of u shape, super comfortable couch, modern seating furniture, and a large mirrored table which reflects the light from outdoors giving a spark to the all white space. The large windows, of double height create the feeling that guests are on board, while the same windows can be shut with black out rollers for those who would like to rest from the strong light of the Cretan sun.

The kitchen next to the living room is open and full of storage space,  thoughtfully designed for guests who would like to enjoy long term stays. It s fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories and it also has a low island with stove and seating area, ideal for “show Kitchen” nights with chefs.

The other three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread around the ground level and they are all double with king size beds

The super spacious outdoor area is the highlight of the Mansion and where the majority of the guests would like to spend their days and nights.

It has double, modern and of high quality sun loungers with mattresses, sofas and chairs spread around harmoniously,  and of course a dining table next to the built bbq, creating the perfect setting for the evenings with friends and families.
