Clear-lined and remarkably modern this 5-bedroom pool villa fully enjoys the beautiful surrounding views thanks to its ingenious architecture. Under the Bauhaus touch, colorful details all over the house with industrial elements set a different scenery of living.

The entrance leads to an open-plan space where the living, dining and kitchen areas spread out by a few feet. The split level design, along with different types of flooring and shades help to keep things semi-separate. The living area features a grey tone sofa and a sleek armchair while it receives natural light from inspired openings. A guest’s toilet with a shower is located on this level too. The bright orange kitchen is divided by a half wall from the rest of the indoor areas, thus escaping distraction from the guests who enjoy privacy and relaxation in the living room area. Few steps away, there is an office room with a large desk and wooden bookshelves. A wide glass opening leads to an open patio where one may read a book under the tall olive tree. Through the library, a door leads to a corridor with an olive green colored wardrobe space. At the end of the corridor, a very spacious bathroom is located to serve the 1^st floor’s bedroom.

In continuation with the wardrobe space at the upper ground level, few stairs lead to the 1^st floor where a loft style double bedroom is located. Here, two of the guests will share a comfortable bed surrounded by low windows from one side and a wide glass door from the other side of this modern room. Wake up with the sun, or cover these wide openings with the smart black-out curtains and enjoy a slow, relaxing morning. This room’s bathroom has a neat design with two suspended sinks as well one shower with fixed glass panels and a bathtub.

The lower ground level features 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom on this level captures a nice and serene sea view. Simple furnishing with different aesthetics from the common area, the bedrooms follow almost the same layout with built-in beds and desks. These bedrooms share 2 shower bathrooms. Every bedroom has direct access outdoors where the swimming pool is located.

Far from the crowded spots of the island and everyday life, the accommodation in this villa is a kind of rejuvenating retreat. Different sea view outdoor sitting areas are embraced with trees and bushes and at the same time, are connected with the natural landscape,thus offering plenty of time to unwind.
