Villa Erietta

This beautiful stand alone and sea front villa is located at the area of Ysterni, ten minutes driving distance from the famous village of Naoussa. Wonderful sea view as well view towards Naxos island blends with its blossoming garden & and the island’s natural landscape. Exclusively located in a plot of land just a few meters away from the sea, this amazing villa promises a sense of tranquility as well as absolute privacy. Its swimming pool terrace outdoors and its lovely interiors welcome a group of 8 guests wishing to collect moments and rewind the relaxing vacation experiences again and again.

A contemporary yet rustic aesthetic with a warm color palette can be seen throughout the interior spaces. Villa Erietta can accommodate up to eight guests in four double bedrooms. An expansive swimming pool terrace with numerous outdoor sitting areas all of them pergola-covered, surrounded from romantic gardens and low greeneries can be used all the time of the day as relaxing and calming outdoor spots.

Walking inside the main indoor area there is a cozy living room with light-colored furniture which harmonically shares the same area with a fireplace and a wooden dining table. The kitchen area in rustic style is equipped with all the necessary facilities. It is directly connected to an outdoor BBQ with a small cooking space including a dining table which is well protected from the sun and the wind, in order to gather all together and join the breakfast or supper time. This level is completed with a small bathroom and laundry as well as storage spaces. A spacious double bedroom with soft colors and romantic sense is in the same level, following by a bathroom.

The first floor of the main house features a double bedroom with breathtaking sea view, large pergola covered balcony, walking closet and en-suite bathroom. Simply decorated and light sense of relaxation is matched together in this private layer guestroom.

Silence and smoothness are the main characteristics in both guestrooms of the main house.

Using an independent entrance, a custom wooden construction as a bed use, decorated with cream and white tones offer a peaceful atmosphere. A kitchenette and en-suite bathroom completes the independency of this super cozy guesthouse. Straight access to the swimming pool is the diverse tip of this room.

This is the second independent guest house, still decorated in calm color tones and a cement type bed-frame that can host two guests with en-suite bathroom. A different type of outdoor patio, more flowerily and more green, the exterior area of this guestroom looks more silent yet close to the rest of the residents.

Isolate yourself to these majestic verandas with a book, under the pergola on the large outdoor sofas and treat your view with blue colors. Sunbeds for sun-lovers and white built sofas sun-protected for more relaxed moments invite you and full fill the outdoor patios. Walk barefoot towards the swimming pool and ‘book’ your sunbed for countless moments.
