This five-bedroom newly constructed villa invites up to 10 guests to experience the island life and enjoy the breathtaking sea view on a daily basis. Villa Diantha features an amazing outdoor space including an ample pool terrace while offering spaces both for sunbathing and al-fresco dining under its pergola-covered dining area. The villa is composed of five spacious bedrooms as well as a white open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a modern living room area.
The indoor decoration features cement surfaces, grey tones and wooden ceilings which are inviting the guests to a very convenient open-plan kitchen and dining area. The white washed living room area with its modern furniture reinforces a feeling of calmness.
Villa Diantha’s ground level consists of one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with double wash basins. On the ground level there are also: a double bedroom looking over at the sea while it offers direct access to the swimming pool. Next to it, there is a more silent double bedroom that leads to an outdoor private patio. The latter two bedrooms share one bathroom.
A stairway leads to a lower level of the villa where two spacious and quieter bedrooms share one bathroom.The sunlight is more discrete here encouraging you to get all the rest you require during your summer getaway.
Various spaces around the swimming pool, shady or not, welcome you to be a part of this serene landscape. The outdoor dining area includes BBQ facilities and small sofa tables close to the swimming pool that will satisfy each one differently while spending memorable time in this cozy villa.
