Villa Alicia

​We took great care to ensure that the exterior and interior design of the villa, as well as the choice of materials (oak, marble, concrete), contribute to an atmosphere of refined elegance.  The bespoke and specially selected vintage furniture, as well as works of art from our travels, add an important final touch in making this place feel like home.

The main house features a large open kitchen / dining room / living space, along with four ensuite bedrooms. The two separate guesthouses are also equipped with ensuite bedrooms.

Each room has been designed to provide guests with total privacy —the bedrooms are separate units, each with ensuite bathrooms. We’ve taken care to ensure all rooms are furnished in a way which we hope will provide you with a luxurious environment, quality sleep and total relaxation. The wood and marble in our bathrooms create an ambiance of minimalist luxury, with Korres products at your disposal.

Three bedrooms can be configured according to your needs. Each bedroom features two 90x200cm beds. If necessary, these can be combined with a double topper to form a king-sized bed.

The many terraces outside are a perfect way to enjoy the Cycladic summer, with areas where you can rest and simply chill out. Two lounges, in the shade, can be used for meals and relaxation.

For film lovers, we have equipped our living room with a video projector! Music lovers are sure to appreciate our sound system! The kitchen has been designed to make the preparing and sharing of meals as practical and enjoyable as possible.
