Villa Erica

Recently built with high standard requirements, luxurious villa Erica, is situated in the southern part of Paros. A few steps away from the villa you can find yourself on the beach. The beach of Faragas is located between two capes that form a windless bay.  It is a small sandy  beach  with  turquoise  clear waters,  a restaurant and a beach bar.

Entering the main 280 square meters property, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room  area  with  comfortable  sofas,  a  fireplace,  an  indoor dining  area  and  a fully  equipped  open  plan  kitchen.  On  the  same  floor,  one can  also  find  two bedrooms,  each  with  en-suite bathroom  with  shower  panel.  The bedrooms have queen double bed and direct access to the sea view main outdoor area. Going  up  a  few  steps  you  will  find  the  large  72  square meters master  bedroom with queen double bed, a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. All areas are equipped with air condition and satellite TV.

The  guest  house  right  next  to  the  main villa  is  90  square meters.  In  the  main area  you  can  find  an  open  space which  includes  the  living  room  and  the kitchen. You can then walk to the two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom each. This house is also fully equipped and has direct access to the same outdoor area

The villa features a huge outdoor area where you can find a lounge sea view area,  a  barbeque  area  and  two  dining  areas  with  views  over the  richly planned  garden.  In the center  of  this  vast  outdoor  area, is  situated  the private pool with  fresh  water  and  behind  the  main  villa  are situated the parking slots.
