The villa was built in three levels, standing alone in a beautiful garden including a swimming pool, while being just 8 min walking distance from the beach.
The ground floor features a very comfortable and spacious living room, enjoying sea views. At the same level are located the open plan ample kitchen with the dining area plus 1 wc. Here, are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a double bed with sea view and the second features two single beds.
The first floor consists of two bright nicely decorated double bedrooms with sea view, two bathrooms and balconies, giving the chance to the guests to enjoy the sea breeze.
The lower floor features a large lounge playroom.
