Villa Carob

Villa Carob is a period villa in the picturesque village of Gavalohori outside the historic town of Chania. It is an ancient monument, a remarkable example of local traditional architecture. Elements such as the main entrance, the stone openings, the interior patio, the exterior oven, the well and semi-circular arches typical of the architecture of the time, as well as the original machinery, have all been preserved intact. This renovation process resulted in a luxurious and  contemporary villa.

Villa Carob comprises of three autonomous deluxe suites, all exhibit the same refreshing style and attention to detail.

The one suite (50 square meters) may accommodate up to four people. It has a double built-in bed, a writing desk with fireplaces as well as a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper loft-style floor, which offers a second bedroom with two single beds.

The second suite (80 square meters) is the most spacious and may accommodate up to four people. It has a king size bed and a bathroom, with both a tub and shower on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper loft style floor, which offers a second bedroom with a king size bed, that may be dressed with separate linen and a bathroom with shower.

The third suite (40 square meters) may accommodate up to two people. It has a king size bed, that may be dressed with separate linen, a writing desk and fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Its terrace, located at the exteriors area of the house, offers great views to the garden and the pool.
