Villa Amicia is located inside Kea’s island most famous VIP holiday location, Koundouros village. It is easily accessible from the main road even with a supercar and surrounded by other well-maintained villas.
It is built in 2022 with very high quality materials, designed by top architects and all decors are design awarded to the smallest detail. Total indoor surface is 275 sq.m.
It offers stunning 220 degrees sea and sunset views from all exterior and interior areas. The pool includes a jacuzzi, has infinity seamless view with the sea and is chlorine-free. The pool bar contains a professional ice cube maker. The front road is semi-private and the whole area is very secure and private.
