Villa Eira

Villa Eira unfolds in two levels and is characterized by its multileveled architectural design. On the ground level, the open-space concept brings the living, dining and kitchen area together thus creating a feeling of comfort. The living area leads directly outside to the swimming pool area and it has a panoramic view of the sea and the nearby islands. On the same level, there is a double, en-suite bedroom with plenty of storage space, its own shaded relaxation spot outside and direct access to the swimming pool areas. Additionally, on this level, there is one spacious en-suite double guest bedroom separated from the main building, which with an amazing bathtub and direct access to the swimming pool areas.

On the lower level, you will find two spacious, double, en-suite bedrooms in natural tones and smooth decoration with plenty of storage space and A/C systems installed. On this level, there is one more en-suite bedroom including two bunk beds and one signle bed that resembles the inside of a boat cabin. This bedroom is completely independent, has a ceiling fan and direct access to the swimming pool, dining and lounge areas.

Neatly designed terraces with hidden lights for the evening hours offer to the guests a fantastic experience. The BBQ, the dining and the lounge area are pergola-covered while there is space to lay by the swimming pool and sunbathe on the sunbeds. The external areas have a W.C. and a shower. The new-edge design of the swimming pool invites the guests to spend precious moments and enjoy the amazing view of the seascape.

Shaded parking area is available, ideal for up to 4 vehicles.

Villa Eira can be booked together with its sister villas Alya and Aleria in order to accommodate either a large group of friends or a combination of families who wish to spend their holidays together. Nonetheless, villa Eira maintains the highest levels of privacy and calmness.
