Felicia Estate

Felicia Estate, located at Agia Paraskevi region of Skiathos, consists of 2 luxury independent villas, Felicia I and Felicia II and may accommodate up to 22 guests.

Villa Felicia I

Felicia I is a 400 square meters (4,300 square feet) 5 bedroom beachfront villa spread on 3 floors with a 14×7 meters (46×23 feet) infinity pool. A secluded golden sandy beach with private sun beds and umbrellas is right at your doorstep.

In the ground floor, there is a large bedroom en-suite with 2 king single size beds and a single sofa bed opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view. There is also a large bedroom ensuite with king size bed opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view, and one large bedroom ensuite with 2 twin extra-long size beds opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view. You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the shaded outdoor sitting area.

In the first floor there is a large indoor living room with dining table seating 14 people and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a direct access to the swimming pool.

In the second floor, there is a master bedroom en-suite with king size bed opening onto a large balcony with a sofa to enjoy the breathtaking sea view . In this floor, you can also find a walk-in closet study with small library.

In the Indoor/outdoor 150 square meters  living space in front of the pool with couches, sun beds, umbrellas and 2 dining tables seating 20 people. Here you will also find outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue grill, outdoor fridge, storage area separate outdoor lounge area with glorious evening sea views.

There is also a large independent bedroom with 2 twin extra-long size beds and a double sofa bed with view that can also double as a play room, a large independent bathroom close to the aforementioned bedroom.

Villa Felicia II

Felicia II is a 300 square meters 6 bedroom beachfront villa with a 10×6 meters swimming pool. A two-minute walk will take you to a secluded golden sandy beach with private sun beds and umbrellas.

In the ground floor, there is a large bedroom  with two twin extra-long size beds opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view. There is also a second large bedroom ensuite with king size bed opening onto veranda with wonderful sea view. You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the outdoor shaded sitting area.
